Our love story begins! After some skillfull matchmaking by dear friends, we dive head first into navigating a pandemic during university, road tripping the west coast, and hitting the books back at the institute.
After meeting some animal friends in Hawaii, this year brings graduation, moving from Cambridge to Seattle, exploring the rockies, and learning how to have real jobs.
One of our craziest years yet - adventures to the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Katmai National Park and Hatcher's pass, delayed graduation festivities, hip repair for Shannon, and the beginning of the era of Scout.
Baby Scout teaches us new dimensions of love and patience, we explore Banff, the Oregon coast, northern Italy and Switzerland. We learn new ways of skiing and sleeping outside, and go all in on our Columbia City house.
A year of making the home and finding our community in South Seattle. Between house projects we exercise the legs and backs, stretch our bravery and cardio with some ski touring, and celebrate loved ones.
More skiing, hiking, and yard work, plus Shannon gets a bike. We explore the Pyrenees and Spanish coast, get in some sailing with the fam, and celebrate more loved ones! We say a bittersweet goodbye to our Columbia City house.
After kicking off the year with some progressively more adept kick turns, April brings an important question on the California coast. Celebrating friends in England dovetails with a couple of days in Bergen, and autumn brings nesting (and wedding planning!) after some colorful hiking and biking.
